Because we work quickly to get your order on its way, there is a very limited window to make changes or cancel. Our handling time for dispatching an order from the warehouse is 1–3 working days. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact our support team at support@onlyretro.co.za immediately with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed by our warehouse partner.

Do I have to pay customs duties or additional fees when my order arrives?

No, absolutely not! OnlyRetro handles ALL customs duties and import taxes on your behalf through our DDP shipping arrangement. OnlyRetro is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay - there are no hidden fees, surprise charges, or additional payments required upon delivery. All returns are processed at our South African facility (you don't ship internationally), and for faulty items, we provide a prepaid return label.
